In crime infested South Africa , Woolworths urgently needs to install superbright lights on on the outside , so customers feel safe.

Manageress was very rude and arrogant whilst customers were arguing with Davenport Ambassadors. They had illegally parked in the Woolworths parking and were asked to move by the Ambassadors. They took offence to this and called the manageress. She rudely overuled
the Ambassador's instructions to only allow Woolworths customers to park on their property. She waved us off and drove off in her vehicle.response / report this review -

This store should relocate to a bigger venue with more parking. The staff are accommodating with the exception of three whom are rude, loud, and grumpy. The layout needs attention. The wine was removed out of the store due to the new KZN legislation that stipulates that wine has to be moved and paid through a separate till point in the store. Create an alcove in this store in the bread section. The Hillcrest store is worth the trip.

It's so needed in this area where you only have checkers and spar to choose from and they aren't great. I wish they would expand or move from there because it's always so full at all times of the day. You can't just pop in. I love it. Don't love the long lines

The prepackaged meals are great if you don't feel like cooking. There range of products available however is limited as it is quite small shop
