The post sale service is terrible. The lock supplied was faulty and they only informed me that the warranty on workmanship and product supplied is 3 months. In addition the gentleman I spoke to was so rude and was eager to tend to new customers. I wish knew they would not value a customer after the sale.
In response to your comment I got another locksmith and we found the key was not broken. My main concern with your company was how rude you were but I guess it not import to you.response / report this review -
