Difficult to rate this wimpy because the experience always changes from good to bad. The venue is clean and tidy, although the bathroom walls and floor could do with a more regular clean. The toilet room is very cramped but always has soap, toilet paper etc. The manager is well presented and friendly but the waiters are flip flop depending on their mood for the day. Today we practically had one crawling out because she was having a bad day. There is seldom a meet and greet at the door unless they are hiding from you behind their bullet proof counter. It's not common to be checked on during the meal, and if you want a sauce, extra coffee or something, you'll have to blow a vuvuzela or something. The food is good, a typical wimpy formula And coffee amazing.
