Left numerous messages on their site regarding stock availability and sales queries and haven't received a single response. When I phoned to check stock the lady said they have stock but that she had to phone me back with a price. Almost a week later and I still haven't received a call back. I found another supplier and managed to get a MacBook Pro within 2 days. Powerbite might be a little bit cheaper than their competition but I'd rather switch and pay a bit more for the customer service.

This is a legit business, my CPO device was delivered within four days in great condition and they also kept me informed during the time that i was waiting. I would have given them 5 stars but the phone was delivered with an incorrect usb cable but the issue was attended to quickly.

My turn to have my say. Paid for a new Samsung S20 Ultra on 19 Apr and received it 23 Apr, hand delivered on a Game Farm in the North of Limpopo. This is not a scam. I was understandably concerned. The services was unbelieveable. Thanks to Adri, Tumi, Kate and Sello. Also MDR Couriers. I was blown away by your friendliness. I'm a. Over the moon with my phone. COVID not withstanding.

I ordered my second hand laptop online and received it within 3 working days. The laptop came in excellent condition and as if brand new.
