The service requires improvement, had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the agent whom we has been communicating online with. When she finally came, she could not spend more 10 minutes with us. Some of the vehicles seems to be overpriced for their physical condition. What is advertised online versus actual vehicles is different, so would advise to go in and inspect the vehicles before buying.
Would however buy a vehicle there as some vehicles were reasonable in price more especially the luxury vehicles.

I have never been on to one to consider buying a used vehicle at any point of my life. But when I bumped into this facilities, when I went for an Athletics Dash Shoot.

On that day I bumped into many cars from what we call starter packs to the exotic cars, and I feel in love. I feel in love with the professionalism and respect all around, as I walked the warehouse.

I love that every car has a note that comes with it, to explain it's condition on the windshield. Just to make sure that if you fall in love, you also know it's flaws. And that to me is real love.

All I am saying is that fron that day on, whenever I think about a used car. I think of We Buy Cars, just because I can trust them. If you can tell me that a car I am about to buy has a smoking problem, you and I will be friends forever.

I managed to ask about the options to buy the cars and I found out that: You can buy a car on Auction, Buy Cars or Finances it. I counted about 4 banks within the warehouse. And that to me says convenience.

Huge selection of vehicles, good prices and friendly staff. It helps to phone ahead before driving all the way out there as they do seem to be a little short of staff. Only down side is that the warehouse is a bit far to reach for the casual buyer that would like to browse around the vehicles. Do your prep work from their website first, then make an appointment before driving there. At least they have new stock daily and you might just pickup a bargain.

Huge car Supermarket. In fact it should be called a Hypermarket. The cars on the floor are generally the ones that the dealers don't want so be sure to take the car for a test drive

Few issues you should be aware of

1. Salesmen at WeBuyCars generally are slow to send pictures or updates, not really motivated to give you service unless you are buying and expensive car

2. Selling a car is a breeze, easy

3. Buying a car is a slow process since there is no number to call straight to the branch and sometimes when they put you through, there is no answer

4. There is a R950 on top of the price you see

5. R5000 deposit to secure the car and a very short time to pay it or they keep your deposit and you lose the deal.

I would love to help these dealerships with their business model. They can really be the best

A place were you get various cars and any budget can be satisfied. Trailers, caravans, campers and bikes are also available for the picking. Watch out for auction days and bargain for your next ride. Ask any staff member for assistance and they are glad to assist. We drove out as happy customers.

If you are truly desperate to sell your vehicle, for the lowest (lower that trade /or market value) this is certainly the place for you. I received 35% better offer from a dealer on their doorstep within 24 hours, and webuycars was only the second place I paid a visit. Vehicle specs /OD reading differs from the website to what is on the floors. Vehicles very dirty (including insides) They might be pushing mass amounts of vehicles in and out ( too much to control quality, only quantity)
Looking for a realiable vehicle the the sales personal are honest about, this won't be the place for you.

Honestly a HUGE waste of my time. Both cars I went to check out were listed incorrectly online. The mileage was off by 180,000km on one(added zero) and 50,000km on the other because the oddometer was replaced. They do not offer any discount or price matching. I found the same make and model at a much lower mileage at a smaller dealer that also listed online. So with some research I avoided spending money on an overpriced car.

Not very honest. I try to help my sister to buy a car from them, the car was on the floor for R95000, she agreed to the deal and it was settled. They told us that their cars go through a 101 point check. Two days later they told her that the car failed its road test and that they need an additional R7500 to fix it which they will add to her financing.
I phoned and try to speak to a manager which refused to discuss the matter with me because I am not the buyer. She declined the deal, then the sales person manipulated my sister into a deal on a car that was at least R10000 over market value.

Tried to trade 3 vehicles at once was low balled on all 3. Retail on car is 279 they offer 200 to 220. On email I asked them to ignore my inquiry as I dont intend to give my car away. Ford offered me 255 on the same day for the particular vehicle. I clearly stated on the email I am no longer interested but this did not stop them from calling me repeatedly on a Sunday. Before you just give in go see a dealership you will be pleasantly surprised. They also had a bakkie on carfind that I was interested in. Completed two contact me forms and still waiting days later. Great service thanks. And please dont bother responding on this or commenting.

I dont understand, my sandero 2010 90k km valued R43000. Sandero 2011 150k km they seling for R68000. So, if u want to sell car dont go to them. They buy probably from despered people in financila problem. is good for their bussines but is not fair play. I just lost 2h for nothing. Not serious company for seling. So. 3 stars bcs i dont know how is for buying. If its same, they deserve 0.

Pathetic. Ricardo made an offer but promised to email the offer as it is a company vechile. Next day I get a call to ask if we accept the offer which was never sent!!!!!! Phoned again today. About 3 weeks later. No answer!!! Leave a voicemail. No call back.. Useless and pathetic if you ask me!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience! Different departments are not communicating with each other. We have been receiving calls from 3 different persons on the same transaction. No indications on which documents they need. No feedback on questions. 3 hours spent without any result. Staff speaking in local language while the customer is in the office, so one doesn't understand their talk. We Buy Cars Silver Lakes? Never again!

I sent an email with all the detail they required, within minutes they replied with an offer, phoned me before 9am the next day and within an hour they came out, made an assessment, I accepted their offer and 2 hours later the money was paid directly into my account. Would not have gotten it at that price anywhere else.
Is worth noting though that the best cars go the fastest so the quicker you can get financial approval the better, lost three great deals this way
