  Service is great and the gym experience is something to look forward to. The gymimg equipment is also easy to use, which makes the experience even much better.

  Great local Gym, it pretty quite most of the time so there isn't a wait for machines when training. Most of the machines are outdated but are well maintained. There are a number of class each day from swimming, to spinning that are well attended.

  A very nice gym, must admit! To be honest, I liked this one more than the one in the Cape!
  The staff is very friendly and helps you with whatever you need with a pleasure.
  The gym is a kids-friendly place. For the smaller ones there is a safe area with a lady taking care of the process))
  You can also find a person who will train your kids in the pool for extra payment.
  Gym is big and well equipped.
  You can find sauna, shower, dressing area there.
  I was enjoying it.
  I take a star off because my Victoria Secret bra was stolen from the changing room..

  Needs biometric fingerprint recognition for entry, being forced to carry around a gym card in 2017 is ridiculous. It's generally really clean and staff are rather helpful. Machines maintained well.

  the gym is very modern and has the latest HIIT studio and the GRID program. change rooms are very clean. although the treadmills are a little sparse, it is a great gym to attend

  Can get very busy during peak hours but has all the machines that you need for a good workout I go 2 times a week and has been great so far
