In terms of parking it's bad. Service not friendly and a very cramped interior with isles too narrow for shopping which makes moving with the mini trolley almost impossible to move around in an attempt not to bump other customers. They do have all the Hindu prayer goods and Hindu Idols are sold at the cheapest in KZN. All spices also available and they do carry many products directly from India that can be most beneficial for health treatments. They have a variety of vegetables and frozen veg products. A new 3 storey building is almost complete and so you may look forward to having a new and improved shopping experience but that remains to be seen.

LOTUS FRESH PRODUCE, is small, congested, which has small isles, and no parking shopping complex, as said by some reviews, but it is big enough to house a TEAROOM, A FRUIT & VEGGIES SHOP, A SWEETMEATS SHOP, A GROCERY SHOP, A PRAYER GOODS SHOP WITH MURTHIS for any function which are imported directly from INDIA AND SOLD AT RESIONABLE PRICES TO THE PUBLIC AND OTHER STORES, UNDER ONE ROOF. Presently the building is being upgraded to four floors ( a massive infrastructure change). This store has everything under one roof that one would need at any one time besides clothing. ( ITS A SUPER STORE).
