Aircon does not work or is sometimes not cold enough when the gym is packed.The parking also gets full and there should be parking for gym members only so you don't have to walk too far getting late for a class

I have been at Virgin Active Atrium for more than 2 years now. When I first joined Virgin Active there was a club manager by the name of Lingum, very proactive fellow. You will see him walking up and down the gym floor especially during pick hours. The gym was clean, equipment was fixed on time and would sometimes goes to studios to check if everything is ok, and then he was moved to a bigger branch in Pavillion. After him we have now our current manager, his name is Blake Biffen, I think I have seen him twice at the reception area in more than a year. He does not walk and check things on the gym floor, seats in his office the whole day, I assume eating. He let the ladies at reception to do his dirty job for him while he hides or not at the gym at all. Many times I have asked to speak to him and could not find him. I have written him countless emails and wrote complaint notes at reception about my complaints, he has never even acknowledged receipts or even responded. I sent a message to VA complaint department about 2 months ago and a lady called back she said she was a manager a VA westville, told me she would do a spot visit to the Atrium and till today I assume she has not done so as nothing has changed. I go to the Atrium 6 times a week, and I do a lot of strength training, I use heel cup pulleys for my legs 80% of the time. the heel cup pulleys were torn and I asked the ladies at reception if they could please have them repaired, four month down the line the heel cup pulleys are still not back, when I ask at reception I am told they are being ordered, for four months, weird. Most machines are broken, not enough pulleys or straps for the machines. The cleaning liquid for wiping down sweat has been severely diluted with water, at one point my husband who works with chemicals noticed that the solution was diluted and serve no purpose at all and he complained and for a couple of weeks the solutions was done properly and now its back to water. Sometimes the paper towels for wiping down machines are no where to be seen and one time we did not have them for more that a week and we were told they are being ordered, meaning no one saw the stock running low before ordering. There is so much that is wrong at the Atrium, but its pointless to say everything since I don't know if the complaint will be attended to .
