Club has great community culture with friendly members and staff. Bathroom cleanliness could do with vast improvement and some fitness classes do not start on time.

Reception desk personnel professional and friendly. Gym clean and equipment in very good conditions. I enjoy the spinning and yoga classes. Always enough cardio equipment avaiable.

The staff is friendly and very helpfulI've never had problems with the equipments ever. My dad has been with virgin active for years and has never complained even once hence I also joined him

Not enough matchines or equipment, as for parking it's a nightmare, I could only suggest that they MUST BUY the old hyperama building bcos it's Big and has a Lot of parking space.
