Extremely caring veterinarian practice. Everybody friendly and very helpfull. Very good with the animals. You can also buy your pet food an treats here. Place is kept clean and tidy. The outside is welcoming and tidy. If your pets need a vet do call them it us worth it

Insufficient competence of vet to diagnose and treat parrots not conveyed to us with appointment. Medicine was immediately rejected by parrot (vomiting), and few days later died. We were not advised of costs or the nature of feedback for post-mortem, both of which turned out to be a total waste of time and money. Three diversely different 'reasons' were advanced as to cause of death, and several requests to the vet (Schwelnus) to explain the conflicting feedback she flatly refused to answer. Highly frustrating experience and heartbreak, and on top of it being threatened with legal action because I'm demanding a proper explanation before I settle the bill. Won't recommend to anyone.

They care about your pets, and don't push for how much money they can get from you like some other places. But rather care for what the best solution for your pets will be 👍👌
