  FNB & Std bank atm for convenience. Disabled parking available. The Spar is lovely; neat and clean inside making it easy to shop even when you have never been there before. The Laundromat staff are helpful and pricing is reasonable. The centre is also a good safe walking distance around fish hoek area and easy to get to. A small centre overall but with a variety of shops to check out for your everyday needs. Definitely not a mall vibe to spend hours at doing your shopping and retail therapy.

  Valayland flame grilled is awesome.
  A great place for a quick filling cheap meal that ticks all the boxes.

  Wonderful array of shops. Outspan restaurant offers amazing food for a very reasonable price! Spar, Mica , book shop, pet grooming & a nursery plus!!
