Very nice stay. It is a beautiful building, although clearly very old. Here and there a few aspects of the building needs to berepaired, yet, everything is impeccably neat and tidy. The decor inside is neat and trendy. The staff are friendly. The moment you walk in, they make you feel welcome and they treated me very well. Breakfast was basic, but well prepared. I had dinner at the hotel a few nights and each time it was brilliant. You really must have dinner here. The chef takes care to make the meal special. Not all the rooms have fridges, but there is a communal fridge available. There are many places to go to very close to the hotel too.

Beautiful building with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent room servicing. Breakfast was ordinary in choice and quantity. A leisurely stroll from St George's Park and close to the airport.

The coloured Receptionist is very rude and dont know how to treat other staff members. And the hotel is Faulty Towers number 2

Only complaint is one of the staff members. But overall the place is amazing. I slept in the Hamptons room and it was comfy and clean.
