The swimming pool was green when I wanted to go for a swim on sunday I see that i will get sick in this water.There is also only a menu of wimpie and nandos in the room when I wanted to buy dinner wimpie was closed so I could only order from nandos what I don't even like the food . And no free koffie is unacceptable. There were no cups or kettle so that i could make coffee in my room. And no cutlery to have my dinner wich was cold and no microwave to warm it up.

I wanted to book in, but did not have my reservation no with me..It was booked under the comp name.The receptionis ignored me then and helped other people. I asked to spek to the manager, and again was ignored.I phone the lady that made the booking and the receptionis did not want to speak to her, only when she phoned the hotel that the receptionist listened.I made me felt most unwelcome to a stage that I wil not use this hotel group again, nor suggest it to anybody
