Spent the most glorious of days here. Great red wine, glorious food, spectacular views and a roaring fire. The staff that hosted use we're friendly and willing to assist us every step of the way. And the food, oh my word, the food is AMAMZING!!!!!

Food was good. Rooms comfortable and setting excellent but it seemed a little faded; in need of maintenance. Taps in bathroom were broken. But everything was very clean. Gardens very neat.

Fair place. Accommodation is a bit pricey for what you get. I think the place has seen its hayday and will only see its next heyday when it has had some TLC. Great potential and friendly staff though.
