It was first time to travel with Citiliner abs i was in wrong boarding place in Kokstad, but when they reach where I was suppose to be , they went via Engen garage to check me , wow I was so amazed by the character of the driver , patient,, respectful . Wow those guys and their call center in Jhb made sure I get the bus . Bravo guys keep it up your good work. ❤❤❤

The bus is so bad it has seat numbers which separate you from the person you're travelling with and does not have charging points. My bus was supposed fetch me at the station around 9:30 but it came at 11:30.

Amazing service from citiliner. I've been travelling with them for the past 5 years. Professional drivers, friendly staff, clean and safe bus that is always on time

Customer service is beyond excellent! From the booking agents to the Drivers. Quality staff filled with smiles and helpfulness.
One of the busses needs some cosmetic attention.. Eg. Some charging points not working, recliners etc.
The toilets need to be maintained. No toilet paper, doesn't flush, no water in tap, no sanitiser. I'm not sure how often they get checked but definitely need to improve here!response / report this review
