This hotel is everything and more.
Firstly the staff were surpurb. They were all so friendly and accommodating. I hope the hotel owners know they lucked out with their great staff onsite.
The rooms were clean and all was working nicely during our stay. Plus the views were amazing from the room as well as the restaurant.
I had to save the best for last, the food. Wow the amazing dinners we had. Such great, fresh and healthy dinners. It was so great going back to the hotel to have a home cooked meal after a long day on the road.
Oh and we cant forget Thunzi, the mascot. Loved his/her cuddles.

Love this place. First of all, the view is spectacular. When youre eating breakfast or supper, you get to face the ocean and the view is just breathtaking.
The food is delicious. The breakfast menu has something for everyone. If I'm any instance, you require something different, you can ask and they will accommodate you. A colleague of mine was on a strict diet and asked if they could please make something for him and they did that without complaining and he says that it was delicious.
Supper is usually a three course meal and the staff is very attentive.
The rooms, oh the rooms. There's different rooms but if you can, ask for the rooms inside the main building and close to the eating area, these have the best view. The rooms towards the bottom have both a shower and a bath tub but it would depend on your preference. The rooms are spacious and so comfortable. There's also a bar, if it wasn't beautiful enough. If it was up to me, I would stay at this hotel every time I went to Port Shepstone.response / report this review -

Had Xmas lunch at their restuarant this year. Nice festive atmosphere and a good selection of starters and the traditional mains on the buffet that you would expect. Good service from friendly staff and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Waited forever for the sparkling wine and only to have to settle for another as both two previous choices were not available. Table seating uncomfortable as everyone passed by all the time. 😢

Such a lovely overnight stay! Sindisiwe at reception is probably the best front of house reception person I have ever dealt with! My room was so beautiful and the view just extraordinary. Food was lovely as well.

Wow amazing welcome from Reception. Staff always go an extra mile. Delicious meals served @ their restaurant. Clean rooms. Linen smells very nice😍.
