Undeniably my favourite Spur in the Upper Highway area. The owner and management are always absolutely friendly to my kids, no matter how much mischief my minions try to get up to in the store (but they are always politely and hurriedly ushered back to our table or to the play area). This place is smaller than others in the area but it offers the best facilities for the kids IMHO - the little cinema is awesome! I'd love to sneak out one day and chill out in that room very, very cool. By promoting it obviously I run the risk of it being too busy to go to for my family :)
