Probably one of the worst customer services I've ever experienced. I am perplexed at how any business can be run with such incompetent, rude staff. This is not just at the Canal Walk branch but at the Waterfront too. Learn how to treat your customers and run a business please. You won't be receiving any more of my money. I;m sure that anyone reading this can resonate with me on some level or another. And to anyone who hasn't been to either of these stores yet, I would urge you to reconsider spending your hard earned money elsewhere. You'll thank me later.
