  Such a pity. This used to be a great place to take your shoes to. And they used to care care about design and about their work. Now, just rude customer service by owner. So disappointed.

  I have been wearing the same leather boots since 2010. They fit me like a second skin. I have the rubber soles and zips replaced here every other year. A good polish and I'm good to go. Will never go anywhere else. Even if I lived in a different part of the country
