Just too sad!!!!! We are locals that used to frequent the Lodge and due to the poor service, poor quality of the overcharged food we stopped supporting the business! Today we thought we’d give them another try - well here is my Nachos R60 for a tiny side plate of Doritos and old lettuce mmmmmm
Such a beautiful venue and they just don’t get it right - very Sad

The lodge itself is beautiful strategically placed right on the river. The restaurant is terrible though. Orders are wrong and the food is over cooked and cold.

Excellent. We moored our Old Willow Houseboat and came ashore for a much needed pamper consisting of a delicious hot breakfast, beautiful gardens, facilities and warm friendly staff. Looking forward to another visit soon.

What a stunning place. The staff are awesome and the food top class. We arrived by boat and just stopped for lunch. It was great and we will definately be back.

Beautiful place. Very relaxing. I'm not going to say it is perfect cause there is always room to improve at any place. But it comes close. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Thankyou to the staff for making our stay beautiful.

My girlfriend and I were fortunate enough to have stayed at your lodge recently.
We arrived early afternoon and immediatly the extremely high level of service was apparent.
Quality and service stayed consistant throughout the evening with regards to dinner.

I Would like to especially thank LOUISE for making it an unforgettable experience which I will gladly recommend to any prospective customer.

Stunning views, gorgeous room, clean and really lovely. Staff weren't great but even so it's a lovely place and that made up for it.

We whet for a fullbody massage and clearly the staff wasn't trained properly. Nothing about the experience was welkoming, it was as if we were an inconvenience. No disrespect but the ladies that massaged us had no training in their field.
