Best bakery in South Africa! Excellent product range with lovely well-priced restaurant on the premises. Extensive play area for young children. A must visit if you are in the Central Berg.

This is one of my favorite spots in the Valley! Everything about this bakery is beautiful and excellent. The look is clean and fresh, with a beautiful garden and indoor/outdoor seating. The bakery items are of the highest quality, the health bread, milk tarts, and cream donuts are my favorites! And the menu has great food options as well, something for everyone.
Positives: great casual atmosphere, excellent food and not badly priced.
Negatives: tends to get quite busy on Saturdays.
Interesting: they grind their own non-gmo flour. The women's bathroom is nicely decorated.response / report this review -

Best food I have had in a long time. The restaurant is a cottage style with so much charming character. The service is wonderful and their is a fresh baked section for you to take home. Full cakes or something smaller. The family who run it are so efficient and can make to order. They friendly and helpful. The outdoors is amazing and they have a massive kiddies play section. Wonderful place for the entire family. I give it 5 stars.

Walk into a buzz. People from every direction and tipe stop to grab arm full of fresh bread and sweet treats. Kids run around and wifes eye all the pretty things on offer. I had a takeaway coffee that took some time because of all the people, my expectation was not met with what I saw. But will stop again if I am in the area.

There jam donuts are awesome. Everything so fresh and feels honest to goodness. Even though there cappuccino could do with some work the beans blend is great.

Top notch place for a decent breakfast and awesome to get some tasty biscuits and other baked treats. They are totally closed on Sundays though. And the bumpy dirt road to get there is a bit of a pain

Situated within the foot hills of the Drakensberg. This idyllic spot dissolves the concept of time as you absorb the clean mountain air that whistles through the pine trees. Freshly baked breads, cookies & treats are available. Sit back and enjoy an early morning breakfast while you commit to another cappuccino!!
