Expensive for a standard room. No bar fridge or microwave in room. Breakfast is an extra R95 per person. It was ok for an overnight stay, but still think it's a bit expensive.

Wonderful service, I didn't stay there myself but my staff member dit. He was in hospital that afternoon because he had a stomach bug and when he got to his room he had yogurt and fruit with juice waiting! Really amazing hospitality!

It's a very central location in Bloemfontein, it has a warm atmosphere with very neat and clean facilities. I always feel refreshed after a stay at the Urban hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and professional. Upon arrival they arranged a cot, with bedding,for our baby girl. The breakfast has a large variety to choose from and was always lovely and fresh. Will always stay there when in Bloemfontein.

The hotel offers a basic overnight facility in a modern, trendy design. Maintenance could be improved and they should have two point plugs in the rooms. The staff is friendly and breakfast is acceptable.

Was here on a business trip, and really enjoyed the stay. Very modern, clean and professional. Staff was helpful and friendly, and their breakfast was delicious. Could get crowded in the mornings which could put people off though They also offer free Wifi in the breakfast & bar area, as well as 100mb data free per day through alwayson.

The location is excellent. The room was spacious. Problem is we could hear a lot from the rooms next to us and above us. The bathrooms require ventilation. Service from staff was good
