Rated as 4 star but cleanliness and attention to detail is absent! Executive suites should be immaculate especially for the 4 star rating! At most I would give it 2 stars! Dissapointed not to have stayed the night due to the above mentioned. Linen has holes and not properly set. Dust on floor, watermarks on ceilings and dead insect (moth) on couch.

The staff is very helpful and polite, a lovely decorated place. was greeted by worn out bedding, hair in the mugs that I had to remove before I could make tea, a dirty bath tub full of insects and dust, only one knife between 4 people and no forks. It's very disappointing

Great Hotel but not worth a 3.4or 5 star.
At most ill give it a 2..
Was upgraded too a bigger room free of charge was kind of everyone.Â
Susan the receptionist was so kind and understanding and helped with everything

But Now and its a Big BUT
Not all is bad
Sheets are clean.Â
Towels are clean
Soap smells niceÂ
And the complementary shampoo and lotion smells really nice.
Next the room i was upgraded to room 207Â
My room needs dusting touched the blind too close them and i had brown dusty fingers.
The coffee machine only gives hot water, their is milk and coffee on the station but not the same when you have a awesome coffee machine
The tub was grubby had too wash it before i used it.The shower had no showerhead.
Went too bed around 11 and was woken at 12:15 with a very scary sound just too find out its the water pipes from down stairs.Â
I know you can't control what time guest take their showers but the noisy pipes must be looked at.Â
Noisy street i understand its a buzy street.Â
Noisy guest i can try and understand, but really difficult to some people just don't have respect for other people when its late at night and everyone is trying too sleep
Around 4am we had some one moving rubbish bins up and down.Â
Picking up empty bottles and tossing them in the bin.Â
Slamming of doors,noisy staff, its all just a bit much.Â
The noisy staff needs a firm hand on respect for other people trying too sleep.
Its a stunning place but i won't visit again.
Its just too noisy..

I am currently in room 101 awake why because staff are busy preparing breakfast in the kitchen right next to this room. When I got up to see what the racket is all about I was merely told it was the oven in which the croissansts are baking which is producing the sound of cupboards slamming mop handles falling etc. This so called Boutique Hotel has no noise damping features absolutely not pleasant being awake at this hour!!!😡

First and foremost the staff there from the front line to the kitchen staff were just phenomenal and friendlyi had the best time everand as for the accommodation it was pretty good no complaints. I plan to use it everytime am in Bloem
