It is so beautiful here and the perfect place for a quick get together with the girls or a day date with your special person! The Green Cafe has something hot and cold to drink as well as various light appetizers to choose from. You can have a wrap or a nice big slice of carrot cake at an affordable price. Would definitely recommend the hall also as a wedding venue.. I can't wait to go back!

A great example of integration of sustainable food practices and human-centered education.

The Sustainability Institute provides rounded education that has an academic focus, but also allows spiritual growth and promotes community building – the way education should be. At the SI, some days you will feel you can change the world, and other days you’ll feel on the verge of tears. Being at the SI makes you question your values and beliefs, but also provides deep knowledge to back the ideals you do keep. The modules offered encourage a broad and diverse knowledge base from which everyone can benefit. I also met some of the most amazing people I know at the Sustainability Institute, all of whom have a passion for wanting to make a positive impact in the world.
