  I dealt with Melayna at the Cape Town offices for (sworn and "normal") translation services and found her to be extremely professional, informative and helpful. Responses to communication were extremely quick and to the point. Melayna at all times "went the extra mile". Delivery of service times were mostly faster than had been promised/anticipated. I can highly recommend Melayna and Mzansi Communications (Translators Africa). Customer care and service was highly efficient and helpful.

  I contacted Melayna at Mzanzi Communications to assist me with the legalisation of my degree at SAQA, DIRCO and the Thai embassy. She also couriered my documents all the way to Thailand. She is extremely helpful and proactive. Highly recommend making use of their services!

  Just would like to thank Tracy for her friendly and excellent service.
  
  I urgently needed to translate a document as I'm applying for a permit. At first I was a bit hesitant as I just paid a previous company a lot of money for the same service, explaining what needs to be done and still it was wrong.
  
  But
  
  From the first telephonic conversation till the last mail the service where excellent, quick response to email's and friendly service.
  
  I would definitely use AA Translators Cape Town again for any translation requirements of any document and recommend them to all.

  This is not the first time that I used Mzansi translations for Atteststion if documents. My experience with personnel, especially Melayna, have always been professional with a personal touch. She maintains constant contact and provides updates on the progress of the Atteststion process. When government departments were closed during COVID 19, she maintained regular contact and , I believe, did her absolute best to expedite matters.
  It is very possible that I may need to make use of their services again in the near future. I have recommended, and will continue to do so, to all who require Atteststion services.

  I had my documents translated and Apostilled here. They were very professional and fast. I got a response within five minutes and my documents were delivered on time. I admire their work ethic and will go back to them anytime should I be travelling abroad again. Extremely happy with the service provided
