Attention was amazing. I needed a gluten free meal and they went out of their way to help. The food was fantastic, view is lovely, food came fast, clean and nice. Right next door you can book a boat trip or do some snorkeling, meters away.

Great food. Great location. Good service. The seagulls pop there heads in every now and then to try there luck from your plate of food. It's situated on the docks walls so u can see the fish swimming by and enjoy and relaxed vibe and have great food.

Well I don't think it's that often that staff lift the floor boards of their restaurant to retrieve your bank card! This happened tonight while trying to settle our Bill! Well done to an obliging staff! My sister asked for her fish to be heated and was amazed to see a completely fresh helping plated! Sea Gypsey has always been a favourite but tonight was extra special! Many thanks for an excellent evening!

If you are looking for posh, this is not it. But this rustic, old oceanic feel is awesome. We fell in love with the atmosphere, the view, and great food.

You won't find fresher seafood in Mossel Bay! Fun place to eat right on the seafront! Good for family outings. Loved it

Absolutely love visiting the Sea Gypsey restaurant. The waiters are friendly, the atmosphere is great and the food is delicious!

Not good at all we waited 15 mins before some helped us. The waiter never came and ask if we need something. Food was oily and the cups was dirty. Not happy at all . Will not be eating there again.

I really liked their concept and interiors. Very rustic and real at the same time maybe it's the writing on all their walls, chairs et al. Coming to the food, we just ordered simple breakfast but I loved the portions and the taste. Need to explore the menu the next time.

Better to order seafood at what is really a seafood restaurant. Their seafood was much better than their pasta.
