Beautiful place. Absolutely amazing. Closer to most amenities especially the beach

First my unit was double booked and was then given an "upgrade" which turn out to be a downgrade, the unit was not cleaned and the balcony was in a state. We had no help from the point water front accomodation employee when I contacted them,thereafter they where closed for the day. We had to clean the unit just so we could use it. The dstv was not connected and therefore not working and that was included in the facilities of the unit. In the bath the water trickled out the shower for the entire weekend and the toilet in the main bedroom was not mounted correctly therefor moved while It was used.aircons in both bedrooms didn't work.the microwave glass base plate was missing so that could not be used. To date all this was reported to the company and I have still not received a call back.

Very nice place. Secure. Close to Ushaka Marine World. You can easily walk along to all the attractions

A stone rhrow away from Ushaka Marine World. Elegant and stylish place. There is a gym, swimming pool and laundry facilities. A small shop that has items that are over priced. Excellent service and wonderful, honest staff. We were tracked down and had my son's lost cell phone returned to us. The room we stayed in was exquisitely designed and had all the functions you need at a self catering holiday apartment. Even though therr wasn't a see view, we watched the Gondolas pass by. Highly recommended and would definitely visit again

Apartment C7-07. DSTV doesn’t work. Aircon remotes don’t work. Furnishings were 👎🏼. No towels given out everyday. Won’t be booking this place again.

Average at best, our room C4-17 was not clean. Also kettle was not working and bathroom extractor was making a revolting sound. Won't stay here again

The place is of average standard ,comfortable but not clean, limited bedding , noisy area very early in the morning and difficult to leave the building as there is only one key available which has to be used to unlock the lift and passage door . Therefore everyone has to be together at all times. The only upside is it's very close to ushaka marine world which is what we wanted, something walking distance.

Horrible. Absolutely dirty and unkept. Horrible service by management especially agent Sheryl who keep dying for the money but cant see to our needs. We were locked out of our room since the maintenance guy locked the door from the inside. We had no one to assist us and had to literally jump the window. Its a shame such a beautiful building is run by bad management. Wont be staying there ever again.

Awesome self catering accommodation.. overlooking the port of Durban.. The only downfall is lack of restaurants besides if you willing to walk to Shaka Marine World.. Otherwise awesome apartments and accommodation
