Although the staff was friendly, that was the only thing which I enjoyed of my stay. Personally, I didn't enjoy the food and coffee. There wasn't coffee in the room. The rooms are very old and are in dire need of a revamp, as it gives off a feeling of uncleanliness. The parking that they offer is very small (difficult if you have a bakkie) and impractical, and when it's full, you park in the street at your own risk.

Very very bad experience .The hotel manager got a very bad attitude. Hotel has no secure parking. No friendly service. Very noisy. Did not sleep a wink. Did not feel save at all. Please find somewere else to stay.All the good reviews are for the restaurant that is not bad at all. But Park Hotel will NEVER see me again.

Worst experience ever. The manager has no respect for her customer's. We were promised that we will have safe parking inside the premises. When we arrived here all the parking was full. There is more than 50 rooms but only parking for 4 vehicles. She told us to park in the street where it unsafe, but she did not take any responsibility for any vehicle damage. She refused to give back our money and had a very bad attitude. She told me she will phone me to move my car at 4am in the morning and she is not sure if its going to be just one time its ridiculous! I would never refer this hotel to anybody and I would never advise someone to come and stay here !!

Worst experience ever. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The manager has a bad attitude and does not keep to her word. There is 4 save parking inside for a hotel of 74+ rooms. Otherwise you park in the street but the hotel can't assure safety if anything would happen to your car outside. To have a better experience rather go look for another hotel or guesthouse to stay.

Been visiting Park Hotel for years. Might stop now. Other clients are allowed to smoke in non smoking area. When I complained the reaction from the waiter was: "The lady is a very old/regular client." So WAS I !!! It's sad because I really liked the place, food and service.

If I could do a negative star review I would. Worst night of our lives. We feared that we would not survive the night. Fighting in the passages. Drunk and disorderly guests. We were to scared to leave in the middle of the night because we feared we would be murdered. Sunlight was a gift from God.

The food at Park Grill was absolutely GREAT, and the waitress were really friendly and helpful! I loved the vibe and the fact that the music are playing in the background! Park Grill will definitely be the local restaurant I would recommend!!!
