The chef was rather rude except when he was talking to the bride or groom party. Rest was fine.

Beautiful wedding venue right on the Vaal river. The road to get there isn't great, so drive carefully.

There for a wedding - lovely ambiance, great venue. Quiet and tranquil, one can take a walk along the river, etc. Accommodation and service were very good. Breakfasts were fantastic.

For R1.3k a night for a room we expected good service, a decent room and some nice touches.
Instead we arrived to no one at reception and had to figure out on our own which room we're in etc. It was a small bare concrete floor room with spider webs in the ceiling corners. Bed wasn't double but 2 single beds pushed together which my wife and I found uncomfortable. No aircon or fan to keep the room cool or the mosquitoes away on this hot night. Thin walls and heard our neighbor's baby crying all night. No soap in the shower. Greedy price. Lazy service. Highly recommend not sleeping here.Âresponse / report this review
