delayed installation. delayed email responses. I've asked Aadil several times now to explain the breakdown of the tariffs linked to the account. when reimbursement will take place, how they make provision for annual municipal rate increases etc. Can the owner of this company please contact me. Your service has really not been great at all.

I've updated my review from 1 star to 3. I initially gave you 1 star because the service I was getting from your receptionist was not great. However, when I was put through to the right person, my issue was attended to. But that bad experience cost you 2 stars. I'm sure you'll strive to do better from the start next time. All the best.

I do not recommend at all ..Tarrifs so high and they don’t care at all I have stopped trying to get them to assist me

Highly recommended for anyone putting in water or electricity meters especially valuable if you renting out your home to keep an update on usage
