Working with the team at Advanced pool has been full of conflict and the end result was poor.
Some of the highlights
> Advanced pools only dig the hole for the pool. Removing the (dug up) ground is your responsibility. This was very poorly handled but resolved.
> After the pool was installed and filled it was not level. Off by 16 mm over 6.8 m (the US limit is 14mm over that distance) I felt that Gerhard was not really interested to rectify but Reinard the project manager did fix it in the end.
> 10 months later the silicone seal between the pool and paving is coming off. The guarantee ONLY cover the fiberglass pool structure not the installation or workmanship. Essentially worthless.
I would not recommend this team to install your pool but if are considering them, look at the guarantee before you commit.response / report this review -

Interesting experience when doing DIY installation. My advice is to read the quote carefully. Plumbing pipes and pool cleaner are not part of the package. All adding to extra costs.
