  Moderate to bad service, but the food made up for it in both quality and quantity with some management and staff training this can be a great restaurant. But definitely stop here for the burgers and milkshakes!

  Slow service - unsure why as there was more waiters than customers.
  Food was good, and the view into the kitchen made it very appetising - they are GENEROUS with toppings on waffles, pancakes and burgers. The gourmet milkshakes (bar one, oreo, peppermint) are amazing! Very nice lunch spot with a very nice view, and well priced!

  Meh. Slow service and all over the place (probably under staffed). Bathrooms are filthy and smell - I watched a waitress dash out without washing her hands. 'beef' burgers contain pork. Food is generally oily. The pancakes and waffles however were good and are probably the only things you should order here. I won't be back.

  The service is very bad. It took them 45min to serve pancakes and hot chocolate in a half empty restaurant. They furthermore managed to forget half the order.
  They did good service recovery though.

  Awesome service, meal came on time. Really good milkshakes. Pancakes were delicious. Really enjoyed the atmosphere.
