  I have used this shop various times in the past (at least once a month) and have always received bad service. Staff don’t know that iPhone doesn’t connect on their system and even when informed that it doesn’t work, they still waste time trying. Questions why I want my photo’s a specific size. Talks to other staff and customers while working with me. I will from now on drive a few km further to use Foto First!

  Service leaves much to be desired. The lady in charge, I supposed the manager is extremely rude. If you are closing in 30 minutes and don't want to help customers, close your doors and don't let anyone else in. This lady stood right next to and rushed me to print, pulling faces when I started uploading photos, because "she wants to close up, hurry up" i wont ever visit this establishment again.

  Terrible service 😕 only when we threatened to go elsewhere did the staff start assist us with our request.
