This hotel used to be such a lovely place to go for a Sunday lunch or just hang out by the pool , but sadly as the years have gone, the food is not nearly as good as it used to be, the variety alot less and the last time we went, very disappointing, they ran out of roast potatoes, pork and crackling. The hotel itself is run down and needs a good make over.

Stopped for a quick breakfast, very attentive staff who acknowledge their guests and greet with a friendly smile, I felt important. Very neat and clean hotel and dining area with stunning views.
Breakfast buffet looked amazing with variety of choice, but chose to have the English breakfast, good well sized portion and lots of bacon. All round great experience - feeling satisfied
Would have loved to have experience the day spa, next time

Everything was fine but there's only two things need to raise on our room there were ticks on the bed my wife's legs were red in the morning and there are not toilet spray's or air tins on the walls in the toilet there was a funny smell at the toilet.

Service from the bar is very bad since you must wait forever to place an order and still wait forever to actually get your drink.

What a horrendous experience! From the receptionist making me hold on the line, to finish off a private phone call on the side, waiting over 10minutes to just get menus at the restaurant, to having to go get our "room service" at the bar because there's only one person working at the bar! Whoever is running this place needs to seriously regroup. So appalling!

The service my family and I received at the restaurant was appalling. After an eight hour Drive from Margate, we got there and the waiters blatantly ignored us for 30 minutes!!!!Three white tables who got there after us got speedy services as we still waited. We asked for the manager who also refused to come to our table.the only person who bothered coming to our table was a runner, who kept coming to see if we had been helped.
