  Simone and Andre run the only Full Calisthetics gym in South Africa.. They have private classes such as yoga, pilates, high intensity training , gymnastics and Krav Maga.. They have awesome resturant aswell that will be going full vegan in January 2018 , they sell fitness clothing from hunter athletics that is very reasonably priced l. I love everything about the fitness shack and the passion the trainers have for helping people get healthy is really awesome.
