  Thank you for your review. We always appreciate feedback from our candidates. We apologise for the delay that you have in receiving your certificate. I emailed a scanned copy of your TEFL certificate and results was sent to you on 25 November 2020 and your original certificate was posted via registered mail (SA Postal Service), to your confirmed physical address on the 01 December 2020.
  
  Our offices closed for it's annual school break on 15 December 2020. You then liaised with Carmelita Campbell, via email on 21 December 2020, she replied with a tracking number on 23 December 2020. Kindly note that she was not in office at the time and yet made an effort to forward the information promptly. You then replied back to her on 28 December 2020 that you are tracking the number.
  
  On 12 January 2021, you sent me an email, expressing concern that you had still not received you certificate. I immediate apologised and explained that the only reason that this could have happened is if it had been lost in the post. I then immediately offered to forward you another copy and posted it to you, once again, via registered mail to the same address on 12 January 2021
  
  I have forwarded you the most recent tracking number and would appreciate it if you could kindly let us know as soon as you have receive it. Unfortunately, due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the South African Postal service is still not up and running at full capacity. We strive to deliver efficient service to all our candidates throughout their course process and will continue to do so.

  TESOL SA is a school based in CPT that offers courses to teach English as a Foreign Language abroad. I reside in Durban, KZN and have completed the online course and made full payment and have yet to receive my certificate which is rightfully due to me. I completed the course in November 2020. I have been patient long enough. Through various email, attempts have been apparently made to post my certificate. I’m highly doubtful of this as those tracking numbers proved to be invalid upon checking. The last email I received from Lim Humphries on January 13th stated that I would be furnished with a new tracking number the following day as they have apparently reprinted and posted the certificate. Since that email was sent by Kim Humphries on January 13th, she did not keep to her word and never provided the tracking number. I have even asked Carmelita Campbell for feedback and even she at some point decided to stop communicating to provide feedback. I still don’t have my certificate as we now enter February 2021.

  This course was very well presented by Craig Feris. We also had the opportunity of meeting the other teachers who were equally supportive and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed the interaction with the students. This course comes highly recommended.
