Daniel installed a new geyser. We told him the water was too hot, he said no it is 60°C. We asked him again too make it cooler, he said he can't (18 Dec). When we got another company today(29 April) after it overheated for the 2nd time and water ran into our whole bathroom, they said it was set at maximum 70°C. We have wasted money by paying for an overhearing geyser. We are very unhappy!

My first call to Fusion was my geyser that burst. Daniel and his team were on site same day to investigate and brought a new geyser that afternoon. It was done so quickly and professionally.

I was so happy with their service the first time, I called to ask for the installation of a new bathroom basin and to please get me one that would be the best fit. It's a small bathroom and didn't know what would work best. Again, Fusion Plumbing came to my rescue. They came to view the bathroom and were back same day with a new shaped basin (bigger than the original) and new tap fitting which works so much better.

While busy with my basin they saw that my toilet flush mechanism kept on getting stuck, so they quickly fixed it too.

I will always call Fusion Plumbing to help because no job is too small or complicated for them. Thank you for always coming to our rescue.
