Well nice and neat place, but somehow the manageress refused me access to wifi although this is listed as an official telkom wifi hotspot.

It is one of the most unreliable service provider in South africa..it is turnishing the good image of telkom as a whole,it has to close down, to save a good reputation telkom has across the country.lt is very heartening to call a service provider only to find that your call goes unanswered..what is the reason of company landline when no one answers it..? I am a traveller, i have been to most parts in South Africa, but this shocking service from telkom newcastle, its jus unheard off..its laziness at its bestdont go into business if you dont know business ethics.
