Very poor service. Food even worse. Ordered breakfast chef handled food with naked hands. Husband ordered pork sausage. Sliced pork sausage pieces were fished out of dish prepared a few days ago still shrouded in the sauce and was served. Reported to management who made the right noises n did nothing. We paid for food we couldn't even eat. Horrific. Would never ever stay there or recommend them.

Super impressed. Absolutely spacious, clean and modern. Enough lighting and ventilation plus a beautiful pool with good security. Dining facilities are top notch with service. General Manager Thomas Davis was a star in accommodation on such short notice.

Very lovely place. situated close to town with a park for kids right around the corner, lovely buffet set up, great for a business meeting or just getting away with family and even a pokestop right outside for the kids😇

Very nice place. Good hygiene, well kept Staff are friendly and accommodating. Probably the best food I've eaten in Newcastle, well prepared so comes with the waiting time.

Ended up staying here because of work. TV wasn't working - had to beg for 2 days to get it fixed, breakfast is the same every day and if you're looking for fresh fruit or something light for breakfastnot so much. If I had a choice, I would definitely not stay here again.

They make provision for smokers on room balcony, with table, chairs and ashtray. These are cleaned daily with the rooms. Rooms are equiped with a small refrigerator and caters for corporate guests. There are ample and secure parking with a full time guard that patrol the premises. Fantastic stay!
