Extremely impressed. An absolutely beautiful and sweet place. The pork belly was excellent and the eggs Benedict was one of the best - pork belly is just a little rich for breakfast, may suit a brunch better. Overall, very-near-perfect.

Went to the butchery for chorizo but left after finding loads of sausage that was still on sale 4 days after sell by date.

You'll have to experience the restaurant for yourself. 5 stars says it all. Adjacent butchery has best pork and the free range eggs are very large and well priced.

Best tasting pork in the western cape if not the whole of South Africa. Great little restaurant serving more than just pork, but you know you want to have the bacon. Looses a star as the butchery is not very skilled. Technically as in the preparation of cuts for ease of cooking.

This eatery frequents the top 3 of ALL local restaurants in the whole of the Helderberg area. The food is outstanding. Original menu. Changing all the time so there is never a 'been-there' moment. Famous chef Hennie behind the wheel all the time. There is simply no better eating experience.

Best value for money food you will ever get. We have only had breakfast here, and it has been amazing every time. Lovely tables outside and inside, although I prefer sitting inside when it's hot (it is a pig farm after all, and smells sometimes travel). In winter the have the fireplace going and it's nice and cozy. Definitely visit them for their great breakfast!
