  Overall it does what it's supposed to and everything runs reasonably smoothly.
  
  However it does feel like staff are completely unaware that patients are in fact customers and not just peaces of meat on a production line.
  
  So to be chatting away at 02:00 in the morning right within earshot of patients as if they don't exist is unacceptable.
  
  There is also a general sense of tardiness when it comes to responding to requests and that can be very frustrating.
  
  I know it's not a hotel, but it really should be more customer centric as it costs about the same.

  People pay alot of money to be treated at a hospital such as this one. But the way you get treated in terms of the staff handling you and your condition is appalling.

  Modern hospital with relatively friendly staff. Variety of different services ensures tests,scans etc are performed quickly and diagnosis is very quick. Paid parking concept perhaps should be flexible for family members /patients spending whole day at the facility. Food variety & quality is very good. Wifi available with decent speed.
  Generally very good facility.

  Arrived at emergency at 01:30
  Got quick response and all was well. Bad experience was to wait for more than an hour after the Dr has discharged me. Personnel chatting and sing with no care in the world

  Worst Medi Clinic ever. Waited for a docter in high care for 5 hours while 6 months pregnant (high risk pregnancy). & tonight I took my 8 month old daughter to the high care unit in a serious state. We we're told that we would wait for atleast 3 hours for a doctor. We left and went to a different medi clinic and were helped immediately with intensive care.

  Your pathcare facility is absolutely ridiculous, so many times we received incorrect information which could have saved us so much time and effort and cost! being a client facing business and looking after other human beings you would think they wont mind taking a sample for one thing 3 min past the cut off time - ITS 3MIN that would make the world of a difference to the family! 3 MIN!!!
  
  I am disgusted to see that they do not put in the extra effort to make the patients feel "WOW" i am in good hands.
  
  I will never ever have anything good to say about them ever again.

  The Cape Gate Medi clinic facilities are good and the structure is well designed. The administration side was organised and the time taken for admission went quickly. Parking is close to the entrance. The general ward nurses and sisters were very friendly and my wife received good care. I cannot say the same for some of the nursing staff in the high-care unit as although many were great, some were not great at all.
