Ive been to better BMW branches.
Where customers are received and catered to..
No that "sitting on a chair" "direct a customer by pointing fingers here and there" behavior

I'm absolutely unhappy. Bad communication between their departments cost me a lot. I had brought my car in for body repairs, but had subsequently noted a Drivetrain error which I did report and ask for the service department to look at. When I got back I was told they'd looked at it and my car was fine. Just to find it wasn't, and my car still had an issue. On further enquiry, now no one knew what I was talking about and everyone was pointing fingers. Unfortunately I no longer had my rental car and they actually had to keep my car overnight. And I had to find my way. Very very bad service.
