  Place under construction next door.
  Very big problem - done by some donk construction company. Glass panels cracking - falling down.
  Just one big xxxx up.

  Went to service my Renault Kwid, the place is alright, customer service is excellent excellent, but they have tea and coffee cups without any coffee, would be nice to have some coffee while waiting.

  I have had 3 bad experiences since i had my Hyundai accent all which are services related. First the didn't check the breakpads and inform me that they are worn-out, then with a service they discovered an idler pulley needs to be replaced, under warranty, I waited 4 months for the part only after my continous phoning did they get it. In the meantime damage was done to my pulley in the aircon system due to the idler pulley not being replaced. Now after almost 2 months and a really threatening conversation with the branch manager is my car in once again. Here I'm hoping there will be no extra parts broken. I must admit after speaking to the branch manager, he was very accommodating and had the part ready to be fit.
