  Spoke to Charles Lowings, who was very patient and helpful! Even after hours he sent step by step instructions on how to test my heating element! Even an instructional video. Thanks to Charles, now happily using our jacuzzi which is heating perfectly. 5/5 service

  Superior spa you guys rock. Excellent service and when I had a problem Charles road all the way to Langebaan and that on a Saturday after hours. I can truly recommend them without any hesitation.

  Warning!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not buy from this Company.They sell inferior products.I bought a jacuzzi in 2016 and every four months the wood of the jacuzzi splits.I have asked numerous times for a refund and for a permanent solution.They just ignore my request.When they do promise to send someone out the team never shows up and they are big on excuses.
  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY,you will have nothing but regrets.
