  DO NOT BUY from these guys I bought an under counter bar fridge and when delivered it was badly damaged and had clear signs of being used before. They will not respond to emails or address the issue. I am left with R10 000 investment I cannot use. I am now going to the cost of taking legal action.

  Prices on website does not reflect the actual price. Photos and description does not match what they sell. Unhelpful staff who are rude.

  I should have followed the majority of the recommendations, worst company to buy from ever, they claim that they will beat any price, and then come up with a lame excuse that only on some selected items, they can reduce price, after spending some good money, they held my equipment for several days on the grounds that my bank transfer was short 200 ZAR, when in fact was their own bank who charged an extra commission , even after proving to them the case, they still refused to ship the equipment, because of the balance, then they sent me a chip cutter with no handle, no suctions, no extra knifes, and got a nasty attitude when I complained, specially Mohammed, and the so called senior manager Khan, had the nerve to ask if the handle was missing what were they to do about it. AVOID, AVOID.

  Bought a Candy floss machine online according to them item was send the next day after payment was made estimate delivery was 2-3 days nothing received within this time struggled to get a number of the couriers XPS that’s actually working as almost all of the numbers on their website doesn't exist finally found a number that’s working started following up courier company couldn't give me a tracking number as their system was offline even with only the waybill they couldn’t find my item on their system after sending numerous email back and forth and nobody had answers for me i got fed up and asked Sunrose Online to send me another machine while they find the lost machine they send with their couriers. The guy told me he doesn’t have more stock and can't send me another machine so i asked for my money to be refunded apparently he handed XPS over to their attorney and according to him he has done his part so i send them a letter of demand to either have a machine delivered or my money refunded the very next day he phones me and says his new stock has arrived and he is sending me another machine i gave them two more days to deliver it so happens that the initial machine that was send also arrives at our post office the same day the " New machine" will be delivered. I received the new machine late that afternoon opens it and you can immediately see it’s an old used machine they send plugged it in and it’s not even in working order. The following morning i went to the post office to see if they will give me the machine that was lost luckily the lady gave it to me this one you can see is new never been used. You pay for a certain model and gets send the cheaper model luckily i had both their machines with me and refused to have the one returned before i have the diff of the money i paid for the more expensive model otherwise i probably wouldn't have received my refund.
  
  I will not advise anyone to ever make use of their service.
  
  A business that's proud of their service will NEVER send someone a second hand machine just to get them of their case.

  Bought equipment from sunrose to further my home business. Amazing! The team went above n beyond and even helped and advised me on how to go about starting up the business. Thank u for all the help. Will definitely recommend them.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. SUNROSE ONLINE, SUNROSE DECOR. I BOUGHT CEILING TILES FROM THEM, THEY SEND ME THE WRONG STOCK. PHONED NTUX AND HE SIMPLY SAID WE DIDNT HAVE WHAT YOU WANTED ONLY THE STOCK WE SENT YOU. ASKED FOR A LIST OF THE AVAILABLE STOCK AND GOT AN ATTITUDE FROM THEM.. PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST.

  DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!! We bought a toaster from these guys in March. 2 weeks later it started tripping our electricity. We informed them and after months of ignoring us finally in August they said we can return it to them at our expense. We did. They tested it and said it's fine but will send a new unit anyway. The one we received did not look new and also doesn't work. I tested it at 2 of my neighbours restaurants and at both locations it tripped the power. I have emailed and called them numerous times since 2nd September but they are ignoring me.
  Zaheer, if you read this please call me to sort this out. You have my number.
