Been visiting the resort since I was a kid and now own a timeshare there as well. Atmosphere has always been brilliant and loads of activities to keep both the kids and adults entertained.

A lovely resort with loads to do. This is a great place especially for young families since they have loads of activities for the kids too. It has a great location and is in walking distance to shops and the best restaurants. There is also a lifeguarded swimming beach right in front of the complex. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very nice place, cozy and well staffed with friendly people. Would recommend more ammenities in the rooms like shampoo, shower caps, shaving kits and sewing kits. But we will be back

Been coming to Cabana Beach Resort for more than thirty years! Still look forward to it every single year. A resort that stood the test of time. Lots of new restaurants in the area. The very best value for money. Strongly recommended.

Loved Loved Loved it. The units, the staff, the shops, the restaurants, the entertainment, the pool etc etc etc Your every need is catered to while still affording you all the peace and privacy your heart desires. And all this just a stones throw away from an amazing beach and a walk away from the village. Big thumbs up to all. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Fantastic Family resort on the beach. Self catering but restaurants available. Child friendly with active entertainment programs. But escape area with separate pool for adults only.

Best self catering resort in South Africa.
I have time-share for last 20 years. Management is on the ball and run the resort with main focus on satisfying the customers.
Best investment one can make is to buy timeshare at Cabana Beach. So cheap and levies not to much. I AM A PROUD OWNER.

Just beautifullocation. All staff members are always so welcoming and friendly! The apartments are so comfortable and serviced daily! Always cleanand the fact that it is a non- smoking resort is sheer pleasure!! Beautiful poolAlways such a treat to visit Cabana Beach! Great hotel in the heart of Umhlanga. Rooms and suites are well equipped. Two pools are available with a shallow one which is perfect of small children.

The hotel is also within walking distance to the restaurants and pubs on Umhlanga Rocks.

Always a great place for a holiday with family and friends. Squash courts are now newly renovated and the indoor football court was newly built. Sauna is a nice new addition to the amenities. Large outdoor play area for kids is also relatively new. Service and staff are excellent as always.

Best value for money in the North Coast, book one of the side 8 sleepers for two weeks. Well furnished holiday self catering units. Private braai area and balconies. Great view, walk down to the beach or use the two pools.

I love this place. This place is in Durban yet you feel like you are away somewhere else on holiday. Staff are friendly. It's cozy yet well modernized. Everything is around the corner. The entertainment is good.

Stayed here for week in this self catering resort. Lovely pools and location. Lots of construction going on behind this resort so expect some noise in the rooms close to the construction site.Overall enjoyable stay😀

Cabana Beach resort is known for their friendly staff that goes out of their way to make the guests feel as if their part of the family. The entertainment team works well together and their commitment to their work shows in the way the children bond with the team in a very short time. Well done team CB.

Lunch at Maritimos - delicious! Extensive menu with vegan selections. Lovely venue overlooking the sea. Outstanding service from the friendly staff.

The staff here are friendly but can be a little bit nosey and the entertainment is fun. Great place to go and have the kids do so many activities that they will fall asleep at 9 when the last activity is done.☺😕

Just visited friends here but the constant flow of people in the lobby annoyed me. The friends seemed satisfied with their rooms despite some cutlery being missing. However, it was the proximity to the beach and those views that are the main selling points for this place.
