Lost sale, due to some one's negligence..

Very disappointing service..
I jst lost a sale of goods of 10k.
Firstly I my tag won't wrk, which was not an issue, I was able to get someone else to assist me by opening the gate, abit of an embrassing situation but it was done.
Then no access to the lifts, we walked up 4 flights of stairs with my buyer whom was nt a happy chappy, by this time, evenually get to my unit 4132 only to find an additional lock. My buyer pissed off,as he had drove frm Umkomas to purchase my goods was furious with me and demanded I compensate him for fuel, he felt I had wasted his time.
Been a customer for a year and have not been in arrears.plz feel free to view my account

Overall my experience was pleasant until I informed them, with 30 day notice, of my bank account details changing. They failed to update my account and then proceeded to charge me a late fee when the debit order failed. This happened in May 2017. It is now September and I have been following up every month, from USA. After promises and promises, from Schalk Wurth, that the late fee will be credited to my account, and eventually he promised to pay it back into my bank account, nothing has been done to date. Customer Service? What Customer Service???
