Eezi Move, heartless, unfair and proud of it!

I booked Eezi move to help me move from Benoni to Rustenburg. Eezi Move indicated that the truck would be at my house between 11-12. The truck showed up at 15:45 in the afternoon. I asked Eezi Move, that due to the fact that we still needed to please load the truck, and drive trought the traffic to Rustenburg if they could send the truck the following morning so that I don’t have to offload the truck at 20:00 at night as they were late. Their answer was bluntly, finish the move at night or thet cancel the move and pay back my money, knowing fulle that I had to move that day.

I can truly say that these people have no regard for you as a customer and please don’t use these guys.

Ps. I asked an Eezi Move employee if she thinks their behavior towards me was fair, and she said without any remorse that “no it’s nit but that’s the way it is”. I was promised a call from the COO Chris Davel twice but I have still not received this call, I am trule not surprised.

Cornelius, Lucky and Sabelo made my move a hassle free experience. I was expecting to wait for ages but the team was there when I arrived. They were friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure to make use of Eezi Move and I would definitely recommend for moving.
