  The place has potential to be something amazing because of the dam, but it's stuck in the 80's. Most of the time there's no hot water, or no water at all. Furniture is so dated, some of the couches are balancing on bricks. There's a sewerage leak behind one of the chalets we rented, and by looks of things it's be leaking for years. The sad part is it's leaking in to the dam, and people drink from the dam. The staff also not the friendliest people.

  Basic, relaxing, self catering resort with the beautiful surroundings of the Sterkfontein Dam. Highly recommended.
