I watched black panther there, best movie
The toilets are mostly faulty and the ticket is expensive. You are over charged and the service is poor. The people working there don't have a sense of urgency, at least the ones that assisted me.
Easy parking, clean cinemas staff can maybe look like they want to assist the customers
great place to spend some quality time with your friends or your loved ones.the prices for each movie is reasonable and they always have great selection of movies to choose from.
Some of the theatres have either dirt on the screens or broken pixel on the projectors which can be very distracting. Also, speakers in theatre 6 died for several minutes during War for the Planet of the Apes. Projectionist didn't notice till my friend told them, and they didn't offer to rewind so we all missed important dialogue!
Always fun! Probably just when I go ie off peak times, the drinks section is quite slow!
Small and decent sized cinemas. 9 different screens showing ster kinekor movies. Popcorn and cool drink available. Good the occasional movie in the area. Much better options are available nearby however.
The Ster Kinekor at Mugrave, is quite a nice, small and humble movie cinema. They have 7 screening rooms which are beautifully draped with red velvet curtains on the walls and huge projection boards. The popcorn and movie snacks are very expensive and don't have a wide variety which does affect the movie experience, as well as they don't always have the best selection of movies to watch. But over all it is a very sweet and close-to-home cinema to go to on a rainy day, or if ever bored at Musgrave Centre.
Get to use my vitality cards and pay R28 per movie per person. Male toilets need repairs
Easy to get to when you don't want to make a long trip up to Gateway to watch a movie with Ster Kinekor
